Over the past 40 years, Jachtwerf ‘t Joppe has delivered several newbuildings including 11 canal boats for Blue Boat Company in Amsterdam.

A special project was the construction of the Barlaeus and Vossius in 2007. These two tour boats were the first fully electric large tour boats (20 x 4.25 meters) in the Netherlands and were developed in-house together with the partners.

For new construction, we order the hull for you from one of our suppliers, after which we completely finish the ship in Warmond. In consultation with you, the ship will be completely designed and executed according to your wishes.

But we do not only build canal boats, in the past we built Eurosloops and a Vripack Kotter, among others.

Is new construction just a step too far?

If so, we are happy to think with you about rebuilding your current vessel. In recent years we have done larger and smaller conversions; ranging from small 4-meter sloops to 30-meter ex-propelled vessels. From modifications or complete refits.
